We had a very long and protracted negotiation the last time. The parties just want to give it a different approach to see if we can reach an agreement in a quicker fashion.

The concept of getting up another negotiation process for caps, targets and timetables is a terrible waste of time,

An awful lot of negotiation occurs ahead of time, and in the overwhelming number of cases either there is no problem to begin with, or the problem gets settled through negotiation or an agreement that a certain number of stores or branches get sold off,

After going through this long negotiation process we know it is still not time for celebration, and there is still a lot of work before us.

We have known this (the three stores) was a possibility for some time. We have been in contact with TOLD about the kind of tenants they would like to see, but ultimately the decision is up to them.
