We had enough defensemen but not enough forwards and she seemed to be somebody who could make the move and she was willing to do it.

She's one of the most phenomenal people out there. She's very true to herself and to her friends. She's just that down-home kid.

She leads the team in points (nine goals, 13 points), so I'm pretty sure it's the right place for her.

She was very intense, very quick and clearly liked to play. Trying to harness that (speed and intensity) sometimes was the hardest thing. She'd get going so fast, she'd clean the clock of somebody and have no idea she hit them. She wasn't dirty; she'd just come up on somebody faster than she realized.

The bottom line is, I hear my donors, I hear our base out there, I hear the leadership. And we're taking steps to make sure that we're even more - how shall we say it - fiscally conservative in our spending and certainly making sure the dollars are there when it's time to run our campaigns.

I like my hair long, and I love my bangs. I love them because I can pin them back or keep the fringe with attitude.
