We had one fan who made action figures of all of us. Mine had a mirror, which I thought was a bit cheeky.

I thought last year's probably was tougher, but we couldn't get some of those teams this year. Our phone hasn't been ringing off the hook.

I thought we did pretty good for our first game. Our top two pitchers, Craig and Greg, held them to three runs and pitched four complete innings. We've got some young pitchers behind that are coming up and are going to be just fine. They just need some more time on the mound.

Years ago, John's dad was yelling and screaming at us; he was like, 'Goddamit, I can't understand a fuckin' word you're saying,' ... And John was like, 'You know what? That's how I should sing. I should just take it to the next level and make it so freakin' brutal that you can't even understand it.' And when he did that, it just jelled with the music that we were playing. The more we tried to make it heavier, the better the songs came out.

C.J. had a huge game for us. She kept us in the game. She kept it from being close.
