We had some unfortunate situations. We had some eventful losses that we probably shouldn't have had, a suspension, and on top of that, we had a young team.

It's inexcusable. It's unfortunate, but when those situations come up we have to go on as if nothing ever happened with Kevin.

It probably comes down to who's going to be more aggressive on the hardware side -- who's going to subsidize losses on the short term to try to drive adoption.
