We had the talent to do some special things. We just had kids that didn't buy into the team concept. It was just bad chemistry.

Before you were trying to pull out every ounce of talent out of kids. And now you've got kids with natural-born abilities. Now all you have to do is get them to work hard and know the offense. Then let them do what they do best.

I'm looking forward to maybe bringing in some more kids who have that talent level. There's just no telling where this program can go.

We've got enough talent to be competitive. We've got some kids that know what it takes to win. We certainly can be in the hunt for the league title.

He's one of those kids. You know when a kid's got talent, but a lot of times you see 'em struggle with new surroundings. In his case, it was the total opposite. He's a kid who, if he doesn't open your eyes, your eyes are shut. He has a chance to be a star in this game.

There's some talent down there and they're doing a great job developing the kids. We want to build from the ground up.
