We had to wake up. We're too lackadaisical in the first half. We had to win this game.

You can't go out there and just chill and be lackadaisical. You're not going to win games. You've got to go out there and fight.

I felt great. I told them that this was our game to win. If we can survive a half like that, we should win this game. They just played better than us in the second half and that's all I can say.

We talked about how lackadaisical we came out last game. Coach [Willard] Coker told them they were No. 1, and I think that fired them up little bit.

You go through phases during the game where you can't get it in. The first half was our phase. I thought we had good looks, we were short, that's basketball. I thought we had no continuity the whole game. We couldn't get into a rhythm of what we were trying to do.

Nothing seems really to matter, that's the charm of it. Whether you get
away, or whether you don't; whether you arrive at your destination or
whether you reach somewhere else, or whether you never get anywhere at
all, you're always busy, and you never do anything in particular; and
when you've done it there's always something else to do, and you can do
it if you like, but you'd much better not.
