We have a different philosophy.

In Ward A and Ward C, in particular, you have a difficulty in getting candidates to run. A lot of times, you just have a single candidate. If you have everybody at large, and everybody can run, you have a chance to have more people running - and I always think that the more people who run, the better, because then you get more study and discussion of the issues.

I like the idea of changing it so that everybody runs at large - because I think you get better candidates to run.

It's good to have competition.

Stock your mind, stock your mind. It is your house of treasure and no one in the world can interfere with it.

No stream rises higher than its source. What ever man might build could never express or reflect more than he was.
