My view is that while you do occasionally have differences you ought to have a process where you can sit down and talk about things. How else do you solve problems?

We're not going outside of the IEEE process. Every item in our proposal is either based on a motion already passed by the JPG or can be traced back to the original groups. There's nothing new here.

We have not advanced the process much further. We are desperately anxious to avert a catastrophe for the airline. We have made some progress but not sufficient to regard a settlement as imminent.
