We have a strong policy of everybody getting along and everybody pulling together. We don't let people harbor differences, and it is the same way Russell and I run our marriage.

We know what they're going through. We sympathize with them, ... We're still Southerners and we're still pulling together. It's all sweet tea and casseroles.

I always said that when you're balancing your life, the kids are not part of that balance ... once you bring kids into this world, you have to make sure you're there for them.

I would say, quite the opposite. But I was really privileged in that I had a wonderful family. They were always incredibly supportive and I guess I would call that privilege worth a whole lot more than money. To a large extent, it permeates the philosophy with which we raise our own kids.

I'm just happy to see them pulling together because it's real hard right now.

We have all along, and we haven't wavered from that policy.
