We have a very active board now. We have taken steps to correct the deficiencies that we had. We see to it that these reforms get underway.

We have taken concrete steps to see to it that every key decision is evaluated (before being implemented).

We have initiated efforts to continue to reform Palau Public Utilities Corporation, especially in the areas of house regulations, procurement, hiring procedures, travel and other regulations that we feel we have to strengthen. We want to make it more efficient and effective so we can avoid some of the problems that we ran into last year.
