We have been hearing from our neighbors, the cities and counties, about the urgency of their needs for these funds. We are happy to help and we hope the governor will respond to their call as well when the bill reaches his desk.

What the neighbors are telling us is they're dealing with subjects who are intoxicated or hanging around the area.

They like to use Abilene as their poster child for mid-(sized) cities and what can happen.

Something needs to be offered to the river cities, ... I'm surprised they've been completely left out.
