We have entered a new phase. We have been forced out of obscurity because the number of grants is shrinking. There is more competition.

They are the people who have to choose between groceries and medicines.

Most are employed or between jobs and what they make is just not enough. They are below the poverty level. They are in the lowest-paid jobs, just squeaking by. The majority of them have growing children. Good, balanced nutrition is very important.

What they're really doing is taking their divisions and shrinking their number in a de facto way.

The first incarnation was where the protein was a product. Now we have entered a phase where the protein isn't the product, but a means to an end.

In the autumn, Bradley came out with his policy positions and we entered a compare-and-contrast phase. We're in that same position this week.
