We have faced challenges in the past. But this year is different. There is a real sense of urgency.

We've faced a lot of teams that have had that sense of urgency, so what has happened, teams have kind of jumped on us early. We've had to fight our butts off to get back in games.

I think the sense of urgency was never really there to get it done and I believe something like this forces it to get done. I believe it can be done.

That's what's behind the sense of urgency that's here . . . we're all on the clock.
