We have learned by now, or should have, that the best-intended designers of aid programs can make ghastly mistakes in their sophisticated plans.

Congress has shortchanged not only foreign aid but foreign policy. A mistaken notion that diplomats are unimportant and hence undeserving of support grips conservative legislators, especially.

I'm sorry for the mistakes I've made. I'm sorry for the mistakes you've made. At least I've learned from mine...have you laerned anything?

There are just so many young designers now.

It's not anything I can't overcome. I think in the preseason I made a couple of mistakes here and there that normally I wouldn't have made if I had played a little more. It's not anything I can't overcome; it's not anything that will be too detrimental to our success. Being able to take the snaps with the [starters] and getting the game-time preparation, obviously it's going to help me out a lot.

Now, after the Cube, I still don't have any plans to make anything like it.
