It's easy to play the blame game, find a scapegoat, but no one person could be responsible for the challenges we face and the lives lost.

I don't ever want to be involved in another season like this one. We can't blame anyone but ourselves about what's happened this season. No one's brought it on us. We're responsible.

I don't blame him for getting loud. We let this one slip by.
