We have some concerns about the use of the vehicles as this legislation is written. We will be talking to the sponsor and expressing our concerns and may be working something out.

This could be the last March Madness if the legislation moves through and it passes, ... They've been talking about this since early last year and a bill's been reintroduced. They say if it's going to happen at all it will happen this year. I think it's very possible.

Builders are talking big. They all said they will build more houses in early 2006 than in early 2005. You don't have to worry that 2006 will be a good, strong market. But expect it to be a highly competitive market.

We hope the process will help us introduce legislation that will make the job of the people working in our prisons safer,

This long overdue legislation is strong and comprehensive.

There will be a continuous talk, but I think as far as passing legislation, I don't see it coming this year.
