We have started 2006 strongly, with lending performance and pipeline ahead of the good numbers of the comparable period last year.

We have low levels of arrears, strong credit risk management and a low risk balance sheet.

It was our way of repaying the area that allowed us to grow.

Obviously, it's not a performance that we're proud of. But nobody's going in the tank, or giving up. We're going to come out next week and have a lot of our problems fixed.

We go into most games appearing that we need to put in a good forwards performance to stay with the opposition. I think it's about now that we start changing that around.

It is a great game for us. We put in a good performance on Tuesday - I hope we can do the same tomorrow and get something from it.
