We have taken a different tack.

This isn't necessarily a windfall.

It's a relatively small amount of the budget as total.

What we have found is, and what we're hearing from the public is, it's a marvelous facility for community events. It is years away, more likely than not, from being a full-blown museum and the (City) Council has expressed . . . concerns about the costs of operating it as a museum.

We are going to do everything that we can that is best for Tack Minor. It is best for him to go ahead with the surgery and get this repaired at this time.

I would definitely say the fund has adopted a riskier tack.
