We have to learn to finish. Our kids played hard in the second half, but we need to take advantage of our opportunities.

Our team hasn't quit. We have seen some positives in the first two games. We just need to get on top, and finish a game.

We hope we can be more balanced offensively. We have our quarterback back, and that should help us. We need to develop more consistency on both sides of the ball.

Dear Lord, thank You for this microwave bounty, even though we don't deserve it. I mean... our kids are uncontrollable hellions! Pardon my French... but they act like savages! Did You see them at the picnic? Oh, of course You did... You're everywhere, You're omnivorous. Oh Lord! Why did You spite me with this family?

That's kind of the position we've been in the last three years. But as the season goes on our kids get better and they understand a little bit more and get more confidence in themselves and good things will happen for us. But right now we're on a bubble. These next few games will tell a lot.

That team over there (Edmond North), they were awesome. Coach Philbrick has got his kids playing so well. But our guys are tired of people saying they're not any good, that they're not going to be able to do anything this year without all the guys we lost.
