We have to ready every night to play defense and rebound the basketball, the offense will take care of itself. And that's what we did. We got good scoring out of a lot of folks and that's what winning us ball games. That has to continue down the road.

This is what basketball was meant to be like -- play defense, play team basketball, not turn the ball over and make plays for each other.

All of it is Union?s defense. They play up-tempo, in-your-face basketball. They are physical and athletic. They are going to force you to do things you don?t want to do. They contest every shot. It is not like some other teams where you get a chance to get yourself set. You have got to get the shot off quick.

Getting stops is the key to our defense. If we come out and play good defense each and every night, we're going to give ourselves a chance to win.

He had a good night, offensively he took over the game. Unfortunately we didn't play real good defense, but he went out and threw the ball.

Once he starts playing basketball and continues to play how he's been playing, a lot of the negativity will soon blow away.
