We have tried to set goals for them to achieve by the end of the year. I just want them to go out there and stick their routines. I want the girls to do the best that each individual can. I always tell them that every girl counts.

We are trying to perfect the routines. This is just a group of really hard workers. They are very dedicated and the really want to be here.

The girls are ready to go. There are a some new girls and a lot of it will be getting over the nerves. They are going to have to learn what will happen at a meet. They are all anxious to do well.

We started out sluggish in the first half. In the second half I set some goals for them and asked them to play more aggressive and it paid off.

We set our goals for this year before the season and we're not going to let anything get in our way. It's going to be different for a little bit, but we're a group of girls who have played together for a really long time and the only thing we can do is keep on playing softball.

She brings a lot of heart and leadership up front being able to finish goals.
