We have worked on this for a long time and to see it coming to fruition, it's exciting for the community as well as the community college.

We are only a signature away. I can't begin to tell you how excited we are. We've had such great exposure, and the calls we get on a weekly basis are phenomenal.

We have so many different areas to choose from. Whether it's teaching the 5- to 9-year-olds how to make their first pizza or a men's only evening and teaching them how to make a meal for their spouse or a couples wine tasting and dancing competition. The age range is 5 to 95, and if it's feasible, we will do it.

It's going to take time to map it all out in a solid way. If they had a solid map right now, I'd wonder. Scientific Atlanta is a big company with a lot of products.

It's been a long time since (P-W) has been in our region. Back then only one team got out so there was a lot of pressure. With the regional this year, you don't want to close your eyes at all because I'm not real sure what some of these schools bring.

We have been so busy with our construction, which is kicking our butts, we just didn't have time to get it together.
