We have young kids and experience. It's a good mix. People who were role players last year and have to step up and play big this year.

It was different with those girls. I had a group of seniors who had been with me for awhile. This is different, but that's OK. We're really excited and trying to get better every day.

I never had a problem with social situations. A lot of times, when people are in school, they can have a little hesitancy because people are mean sometimes. I never had that problem because I never had that experience. So, I had a pretty easy transition.

We've got some older kids, but not with a whole lot of varsity of experience. We're still a team developing. I'm not upset with these early losses. Really, I think it will help us down the road.

Those young kids have some experience and they're playing better than they did last year. I think this is a team that can grow by getting better from week to week. Hopefully we will.

Once you get those programs on their feet, you start to see the kids coming through who have experience and can step in. That's what we're hoping to accomplish.
