We haven't lost a dual meet against a local team in about seven years. That's a lofty goal considering the schedule we're facing.

Our main push, team-wise, will be with Ellsworth. Whether us and West Salem knock each other and don't do the job against Ellsworth, will determine who wins it.

If you just have one dual meet and a kid forfeits, it does not make him better. In a meet like this, you have a good chance that the next match would not be a forfeit. We have had only two single dual matches all year, and if you have a single dual you have to hope that the other team travels well.

We set a goal of being in the top 10. A lot of people thought that might be a lofty goal, but we're convinced we can develop into a good football team.
