We haven't seen the needs yet. Real-estate taxes are just one piece of the puzzle. There are too many outside issues. For us to come up with a percent at this point would be premature.

We want to make sure first and foremost the safety of citizens is taken care of, and that is primary to everything going on internally between the stations. There is definitely a need for both stations, and we can't do it without either one.

If they wanted to broaden it, then give a tax refund or lower the state taxes.

I think his doctrinaire approach to taxes overwhelms his appreciation of transportation needs.

The citizens are getting the best use of the dollars they are paying in taxes.
