The price offered for DIS is fair and we won't raise it. We will continue with our bid, and we can live with a minority shareholder.

I wouldn't be surprised to see $80. However, we do think that at $70 and upwards there will be a decline in demand simply because of the cost.

We will soon in the future go much more towards permission marketing, that's my guess. But it's important to point out that big brands will have a much easier time of it than small companies, or even charities who are looking for donations, for that matter.
