We help with the interview process, we help with their resumes, we help them with their interviewing skills, we help to keep them working.

We're trying to get away from the stigma of Goodwill working only with disabled.

Part of this process that is benefiting them is helping to get their resumes in order. It helps students not only meet with employers but to prepare a resume.

I think you can really gain some professional skills. We work on interviewing skills and job seeking skills which can carry over into other avenues.

I got involved in the mid-80s through an interview and selection process. The whole thing just went away, but it came back three or four years ago. I was involved not only in the design and oversight, but also with the fundraising.

But it says nothing about interviewing candidates being allowed in closed session. An interview is not a deliberation.
