We just had trouble making lots of headway. We would make a run but Marian always seemed to answer.

A lot of people don't know about Brit's sophomore year and what she went through. She had some unbelievably rough times, and even last year, she struggled. She has definitely grown as a person from that, and I matured a lot. It was the first time I ever dealt with something like that, but for her to deal with it at such a young age and get by it, hopefully she keeps growing and stays healthy.

She has really been coming around with her play. She has had some good rebounds for us. She had a strong offensive first half.

We were 4-4 early and we end up 18-9. I think next year will be an interesting season.

It was just one of those fun days. I hardly had any trouble at all. I've shared the lead after the second round for two straight weeks, so obviously the game is good.

September is typically the worst month for hurricanes, so even though we are starting to turn around, if another one forms and hits there [the Gulf Coast] it's just going to add insult to injury.
