We just love baseball. We cheer when the other team makes a great play. We don't care. In St. Louis, it's all about baseball. And when it's over for the year, now that's something to be sad about.

Once it's gone, it's gone. Golfers get to play their sport just about their whole lives, baseball players play a pretty long time. But football, it's over fast, and once it's over you're not going to get that same feeling, the competition, Sunday afternoon. Everything about it is going to be over.

I was surprised when I heard I was to ride for the team,

I love situations like that. That's why I play baseball, to try to come into big situations and come through. If there's any situation like that, I love it.

I actually love it when they disrespect us. It makes me want to come here and cheer even louder.
