We just need to fix a few things at practice and hopefully, we'll play harder Thursday.

After they scored, we still were pretty even in play. In the second half they scored again with 15 minutes to play. We just never could put anything together.

We had the old deer in headlights look in the first half. Traverse City really poured it on early. We've never seen a team come out that intense.

They were a very fast team and they were good at getting the ball up front.

You can try to simulate game-like conditions in practice, but it's just not the same until you play with someone else.

We run enough in practice to stay in shape, so I'm OK. We just didn't play well together. We came out and weren't communicating on defense and not rotating. It goes back to being a young team. We can't be consistent. It's up and down. We've got to stay focused and try to pull the rest of these give games out.
