We just want ballplayers. I don't get caught up in positions. I think Steve is strong enough to guard twos and quick enough to guard ones.

I think Steve is strong enough to guard [shooting guards] and quick enough to guard [point guards]. And he's got grit. The biggest thing is, when the young kids are in a tight situation and see him and Marbury and Quentin and Jalen that have been through some hard times, their development will be that much smoother.

There's no way you can guard if you don't compete. I think they feel like they are competing, we have some who are, but collectively we are not matching the energy of those who we are playing.

I think the governor's comments caught everyone off-guard.

You can't guard him. He's phenomenal. We had nine turnovers in the first quarter and you can't guard him in transition. I think once we got better control of the tempo, we did a better job.
