We just wanted to share information with passengers and other airport workers and get our side of things out there. And everyone has been 100 percent supportive.

We handed out leaflets to passengers, (airport) employees and retailers, and their reaction seemed to be 100 percent supportive.

This is a clear message that we intend to do something about it.

We have made the company several offers saving them millions of dollars and they have turned them down and they will not secure a single job. They have not changed their position since November.

In addition we have a group of base workers that pray the Rosary daily at noon.

It is vital that accurate information on workers underground are available if mine accidents occur so rescue teams can immediately ascertain who is trapped underground, who has been saved and in what sectors of the mine people are still trapped. Rescue teams can waste valuable time in finding out who is trapped underground or by looking for people who have already been brought to the surface.
