We knew that a large percentage of our employees wanted to go to Omaha for this event and we decided it would be best for the morale of our work force to give them the opportunity to participate.

We'll make up the hours throughout this week so it won't hurt their pay.

We had some miscellaneous work and outside cleanup, so anybody who wanted the hours had the opportunity to come in and we found some gainful employment for them.

People's minds are overloaded with information.
