We know by surveys that North Dakota is No. 1 for binge drinking. We're trying to change a social norm that says underage drinking is OK.

This is a real nervy deal here. Things change instantly. Imagine trying to find clean drinking water for these people in some places or finding a place to sleep for these people.

It's brainstorming, but, if someone has a good idea, we are willing to try it.

Underage drinkers range from middle school to college age.

We're trying to give them a club atmosphere without drinking and it has worked out better than we were thinking it would. We talked to other people and they didn't have good results. They told us what to look for and what to be on guard for.

It's a societal change. It's how society changed on drinking and driving. Ten years ago, we weren't as informed on how bad it is.
