We know that the people who took time to obtain the licenses are owners who take their dogs to obedience training and keep them in control.

We had 10 to 15 in the lobby at any one time, but the dogs were very well behaved and their owners had them in control.

They will need to permanently remove their dogs from the city limits.

One-on-one sessions can help if people don't have time for obedience classes. I can even train dogs if the owners aren't home, and that could be a real time-saver for people.

If people call and report an illegal dog, we will investigate that, and impound the animal when we find it.

We felt that there should be a competitive mechanism by which pan-European companies can obtain pan-European licenses for online exploitation. This doesn't achieve this. It only exerts a small pressure on member states [to do so].
