We let the backups get quality time. It's good for the girls, because they got plenty of experience.

The girls are improving and growing with experience every time they step on the floor.

This was my first time coaching. A majority of these girls had no dance experience.

Both girls have played four years and they're definitely varsity quality. Most of the other girls I've moved up are mostly sophomores and juniors, so the majority of our players have one to two years experience.

We just bust our tails and play hard. We might not out-skill them, but we out-hustle them.

We both needed a win. Everybody played well and contributed.
