We like the idea of a fixed rate. We've cut our costs in half. Our long-distance bill is nonexistent now.

One thing I want to ask is maybe permission to look at how to cut some costs by reduction of hours. Looking at weekends, mornings, evenings or whatever.

It doesn't look like a rate cut is in the cards.

It's easy to demonize from a distance.

The distance is nothing it is only the first step that costs

It's really an excellent industry, and once you cover fixed costs, it's very profitable.
