We look at two things. Whether [plant operators] have programs in place to manage aging equipment and whether continued operation would cause damage to the environment.

If (the vibration) met certain criteria, it caused Entergy to hold the reactor power ascension until their own engineers concluded they could go further. It's safe for them to stay at their current power level. They'll be completing that further analysis.

There also will be an opportunity for the public to request a hearing, and there is a time frame associated with this.

If they're going to have license renewal, they're going to need a place to store spent fuel.

At some point, all three of them will be under consideration at the same time.
