We love it. We learn from them at the same time they are learning from us.

Some of the students have maintained their contacts from the week and ended up with full scholarships. It could happen again.

We look for the students with the best applications, not where they are from.

These students are the cream of the crop. We have hundreds apply every year from all over the country. Students can use this for continuing their education in broadcast journalism.

You can't manage people's money part time and I love coaching. Every kid is different so I try to have a real good relationship with the parents. I have always had very helpful parents while I've been coaching. If someone is having a bad day, we can work together and help.

I think most of us don't have much leisure time anyway. So you'll see people trying to squeeze in leisure when they can -- even people who can't afford it have a cell phone, so they can get things done on the run.
