We missed a ton of shots, easy shots.

That takes a lot of the pressure off. Michelle played extremely well tonight.

I knew (Seitz) and (Nancy Littlefield) were their best players. Littlefield got into foul trouble early, and that was good. Seitz had 16 points in the first half, and that was the difference in the game.

Every possession, she took it to the basket. That was the difference. I give her a lot of credit for coming out and being intense and ready to play.

That was great. She needed that. This team needed that. They had put their best defensive players on her the past two games. Tonight we needed her to step up anyway and she did that.

They found a way to win and that's what it comes down to. We are used to scoring in the 50s and 60s, and tonight we were in the 40s again, which was huge for us to win that way. Some of our better shooters had a hard time. But my team responded well with other people stepping up again.
