We missed some opportunities early. The guys realized that and kind of used it as a motivation and responded well. We hit well and were disciplined.

It gives us extra motivation to think 'yes it can be done'. There's an outside chance maybe a few of us might be promoted to the World Cup squad due to injuries but at the same time we have our own objective which is European Championship qualification.

Everyone got a chance to participate and make a difference.

What a day for Elliot. He's a great kid. He works hard, has a sweet swing and it's nice to see when a really nice kid does well.

I often lose motivation, but its something I accept as normal.
