We must all fight together to change our lives and those of others. How can we stand by and let children die if there are solutions?

Where I live, many children are out of school because of diseases they catch from their drinking water or from their unwashed hands. We are here to remind leaders that they must act to protect our health and education. It is our right and their responsibility.

We talk to families and especially the teenage girls about the importance of washing their hands.

If you don't like the road you're walking, start paving another one.

The issue is, can the mandate change in some way to stop this sort of differentiation between global action and domestic action. We need to erase the line between the two so our resources can be used in a truly global way.

They would have done better to add 25 percent more funding and use that for local purchase.
