These are not wholesale cuts. They are reforms, looking at entitlement programs and how we can make them better for less money,

A good job is not good enough here. A good job is 18, 19 wins. Twenty-two wins is a very good job. But we're looking for championships and Final Fours and that didn't change, and that's not going to change until the day I get thrown out of here. Good is not good enough.

My answer to those that want to offset the spending is sure, bring me the offsets, I'll be glad to do it, ... But nobody has been able to come up with any yet.
