We need a lot of help. We need people like you, committed to the region and willing to put aside what has been produced over the past 40 to 50 years of conflict to build a very different tomorrow.

Many majority owners in recent deals have tried to reduce their equity position and cash calls through minority position. There is a risk that in the sense that if things go poorly the minority owners can leverage or force out the majority owner.

The challenge in policymaking is to take all the steps we can to help avoid unnecessary costs, to help people save money, to drive costs down wherever possible. That's the way to have both affordability and better and better health care.

People who don't live in presidential-declared disaster areas get help, but not the most help or the quickest. Those in declared disaster areas but not in the Hurricane Katrina-Rita-Wilma areas get more help quicker, while those in the Katrina-Rita-Wilma disaster areas get most.
