We need additional troops, food, water. We need personnel, law enforcement. This has turned into a situation where the city is being run by thugs.

When this turns into a law enforcement issue, which we perceive forced evacuation is, regular troops would not be used.

Some people there have not eaten or drunk water for three or four days, which is inexcusable.

Mold is everywhere. There are 1,800 types of toxic mold ... Mold gets triggered by water and it needs food, like paper, wood, cardboard and fiberboard.

If there is no food, there is no water, there is no basic life-providing resources, as an officer you want to just look the other way,

We're authorized by law to go in and provide food and water, ... Some people are getting a bit liberal with the spray paint, but we need to know if we have to go back in to leave more food.
