We need some tough love in the system. If you're a parent who's drug-addicted, you lose a great deal of your rights. If you're abusive, you lose all your rights. We need to honor foster parents.

Our water is our prize, our treasure. We haven't been tough enough. Do you need a politician or a businessman who understands that every square mile of the state needs to be making money and be profitable?

I have a huge amount of respect for Mr. Osborne. But I am the only guy who is going to fight for economic development because I want the tax load to go down.

The state is paying Bostwick (Irrigation District) $2.5 million to purchase water. The governor is doing it so he can look good. A better use of $2.5 million would be putting it into engineering and infrastructure.

What we found is that on every income level, you can move to South Dakota and your taxes are cut in half. You can move to Wyoming and save a third.

Our state government and the bureaucratic agenda is swallowing up the entrepreneurial energy that we need in this state to thrive.
