We need to put all of the Forum Health community stakeholders in one room.

We're opening up the doors of the schools to the community and we'd like to see as much community involvement in our schools as possible.

Based on our analysis, we think the problem could be solved by operating more efficiently. If Forum operated as efficiently in billing and collecting what it is owed as does Humility of Mary Health Partners, its major competitor, it would generate an additional $50 million a year in revenue.

We hope the community center in Hayden will be something everyone in Hayden will use and enjoy.

As a vital health care provider and major employer, Westchester Medical Center is an important part of the community. But the corporation's combination of fiscal challenges, financial control weaknesses and accounting problems brought it close to the point of collapse.
