We now expect our 2006 sales activity to be nearly double previous projections.

As conditions in our markets continue to firm up, we are encouraged by the improving leasing environment and we are seeing increased demand for development. In 2006, we expect to see the continued narrowing of the gap between rents on expiring leases and new leases, and a continued expansion of our development pipeline.

Comparisons to a very strong year-ago November are difficult. However, our sales remain generally healthy.

While demand is moderating, sales remain healthy on an historical basis.

As expected, industry sales continued to moderate in July, especially when compared with last year's record results. But the market is on track for the industry's third-best sales year.

If there is any angle to that, it would be not only that [sales were good] but also that we picked up some new fans by people that responded to the DVDs. It's happened in TV before, so I'm hoping for the best.
