We once worried that democracy could not survive if an undereducated populace knew too little. Now we worry if it can survive us knowing too much.

Even if the ratings were disappointing, some 22 (million) to 25 million people a night were watching the Olympics. Those are comparable number to what 'Survivor' was doing, and we all declared 'Survivor' the biggest media thing since bread was sliced.

It was really a big momentum shift. Even though it just ties it up, it's a game-winner.

I think if we could have kept the game close, we'd have had a shot because we were having good at-bats. We thought we'd be a little farther along. The good news is there are a lot of games ahead.
