Pick up the phone and call these businesses that have inquired and not come, or left, and then ask them why they didn't come. Are we too restrictive? Are fees too high? Did you just get the runaround from our staff?

I still am constantly about to pick up the phone and call Pamela. I valued her life, not so much mine.
